Do not buy from Pixmania!!! And most important do not fall in the trapt of their good price promotion...too high the risk to lose your money (like me!). My brother had a bad experience with them with a photocamera purchased (the item was not more available in stock and he got a refund after 3 months). Careless of his experience and attracted by a really cheap photo pack promotion, I decided to give them a chance with their online photo print service and what happened...I have received all the pictures with the edges cut and when I have contacted their customer services they gave the fault to me, because in their opinion the pictures did not fit the size I chose. I explained to them that the website did not provide me any warning about this during the ordering process, but they continue to say it was my fault. Asked for a photo credit but they did not accept. Additionally my photo pack was including a free album that I have never received. I asked them to send it, and they told me that I could order it for free from the webiste...but unfortunately I had to pay the shipping costs that were included in my original photo pack...
