From Start to finish we got exemplary service - Mark the designer gave us a low key presentation of what we could do in our kitchen, Tony the surveyor turned our aspirations into a reality. Kenny took out the old kitchen and his artisans did all the plaster and electrics. Robbie the Kitchen Fitter and his son were real stars and we know they did a really great job. The Electrician was professional and did all we could ask for. The Vinyl men excelled in fitting out a complex kitchen, utility and toilet in one piece - a real achievement - there were a couple of minor snagging issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently - many thanks to Craig and the whole Team - We are really pleased with a job not just well done but exceedingly well done - if anyone needs a recomendation - feel free to speak to us

absolute rubbish company, they don't deliver all your units make you pay before any unloading of your kitchen, once they have your money they are not interested !! can anyone on here tell me if they received a certificate for the electrical work? i didn't. i would stay well clear of them and would never recommend them to anyone, use at your own risk.
With reference to a previous comment left by a ‘Jan J’ (No doubt a competative company)! I write and ask all potential customers to visit our Warrington & St. Helens showrooms and ask for a referral in your area.
An appointment can be made for you to visit the customer’s home address and ask them how they feel about the service that they were provided.
We have calls off newly fitted kitchen customers offering this service to us on a weekly basis, and we are absolutely 100% confident that we are THE BEST Kitchen & Bedroom manufacturers in the Northwest.

We ALL work to a set price list, so a ‘Tentative’ price of £1000.00 for a Wall unit is not only ludicrous but completely untrue.

Warm friendly people, delivering exactly what they promised - a dream kitchen. The installation was completed within two weeks of ordering. Old kitchen removed and new the one fitted within two days with the final electrical work being completed on the morning of the third day. Units are sturdy and well built with good quality thick work surfaces. Doors and draws have a really smooth action with soft auto-close mechanisims - lovely attention to detail.
Most unexpectedly, the place was left clean and tidy, albeit in need of a good wash down. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately this review site does not allow one to rate companies as "really good" to the same extent that they can be rated "really bad". This company truly deserves 5 thumbs up. Come on blagger.com lets see some balance!
Terrible terrible company. Still waiting for them to contact us, after numerous calls from me and my husband and broken appt by them before Christmas. Takes your money and then have no customer care. I wanted to order another wall cupboard but still waiting. They did suggest a tentative price over phone of £1000,even though we had spent thousands of pounds with them. What a laugh,if this was not said to put you off I dont know what would. I would never recommend them in any shape or form. Most insincere people in this line of business, how they are still trading beggers belief. Still waiting for them to contact us, will keep you updated
We are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen from Riverside. The design process allowed us to maximise available space and the whole process was enjoyable and unpressured. The fitters were polite and professional. Highly recommended.
Positive comments only re the price, installation and quality of our kitchen. The company has a committment to see that each of its customers are happy with thier kitchens and this is clearly evident from start to finish.
Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.
