We had an issue with our Fridge/Freezer which was out of warranty by 6 months. They arrived within 24 hours, changed many parts with a professional service and all at no cost.
I will definitely be purchasing from Samsung in the future, no other company provides service like this anymore.
Bought a Samsung Fridge-Freezer for £350. After two years and 3 months, it has stopped working. Called Samsung Customer Care Center.
They could not help me, because the warranty had finished 3 months ago. While I understand that they have some rules, I think that any company would have rather keep a customer happy, instead of avoiding the £70 that the exit would cost.
I'm afraid that I will not trust this Korean brand again...
