I purchased a samsung digital camera Such a pity they are let down so badly by there customer service department (indian call centre). There names of the three people I dealt with were George,Maria and Lamita Raul.
Had a problem with AV connector which was a recommended accessory, when I watched videos through the connections on my tv it had a bright blue stripe accross the bottom of the screen and icons were shown on the screen, very annoying. There response was that maybe the AV connection shouldn't be used for this, when I told them it was a part that they specified, he had no answer. He gave me the email address of technical services in the UK, I sent an email but I got no response.
The second problem was the Intelli- Studio that is preloaded in the camera. When downloading my photo's to PC it changed all the photo's to horizontal view and I had to manually rotate over 200 pictures. So I contacted them again. There response was It is not our software so he couldn't help. When I tried to find the producer it was Samsung !! I rang back spoke with another operator, who couldn't answer the problem but promised to call me back....didn't ( what a surpise ) I sent an email again and got the most ridiclous reply, told me to ring customer services rather than contact them by email....absolutely useless.
I have had other problelms with Samsung with my TV.....they are the worse company I have ever had dealings with.

We had an issue with our Fridge/Freezer which was out of warranty by 6 months. They arrived within 24 hours, changed many parts with a professional service and all at no cost.

I will definitely be purchasing from Samsung in the future, no other company provides service like this anymore.
