Kwik Fit

Don't touch them with a barge Pole, They fitted an exhaust to my Focus and I had all sorts of problems afterwards, after three return visits over 2 months because it kept blowing I finally took it some where else, turns out they had fitted the wrong system and it had damaged the manifold!!! consider taking them to court for damages.

Took car to Inverness centre on 11th October as Exhaust had clearly blown. Kwik fit employee got car on lift and clearly explained to me that Exhaust had blown in 3 places and 3 sections would need replaced, costing £650. At this point I showed him proof that exhaust was under guarantee, which he accepted and agreed to carry out work under guarantee. When I arrived home, I discovered that only 2 sections of exhaust had been replaced. Had this work required payment, I am under no doubt that 3 sections would have been replaced. No explanation as to why 3rd section was not replaced. In fact, it was not even highlighted when car was picked up. Suggests unscrupulous practices are at work. I do not intend on returning to this business.
