Great job from start to finish, the quality is there, the price was right and I couldn't be happier. They are currently fitting my mothers kitchen and I would reccomend them again.

ukf kitchens

i had my kitchen done 12 months ago by ukf and was delighted from start to finish. the quality the workmansship service i enjoyed the process through out.. i even went to buxton and choose my own granite.. the reason i felt the need to praise this company is i recommended my sister to this company and subsequently she did a search on the internet and all this negative comments are here.. i'm astonsished it is the same company.. it's only a select few with nothing better to do that feel the need to disrespect others on silly forums like this so much so even though my sister can see the sheer quality and beauty of my product because she beleives silly little things like this she bought from magnet and guess what now she wishes she hadnt.. her corner base was smashed to pieces in the box so the fitter couldnt start nearly three weeks later still waiting on this unit.. i stand by my comments the stuff they sell is brilliant and if you get on second nature website ukf are the dealer of the year for the entire north... so whos right the supplier who obviously judges based on volume of business and reliability or this forum... another thing if you disrespect a company why is it you can give 5 thumbs down but people like me and i think theres more than me can only give 1 thumbs up..????? is that because these websites are built just to discredit company then hope that the browser will then click on the companys that are advertised next to the comments.. coincidence? i think not.. i ve had a browse through blagger and searched a few companys big and small and guess what every one has negative reviews and guess what again to the right of the negative comments are big companys advertising.. so is this just a advertising forum.. any one who is thinking of having a kitchen use your own judgement have ukf round its free of charge they work you a cost out then if its for you you pay a deposit pay on delivery for your goods so you can check everything so at that point if you aint happy you refuse the item and dont pay.. then again you pay for the fitting at the end. i felt in total control and when the granite was fitted and the fitter came back to hang the doors and finish off i paid him his money.. was a pleasure..

This was a nightmare from the start and still not finished some 8 months on. Have contacted Tradeing standards who are trying to help but are not getting a responce from UKF. They contacted me through using bully boy tactics trying to get me go away. Let me assure you this will not happen!! An absolute Disgrace

We have now had 2 kitchens from Ultimate and if we move again will certainly have a third. I have recomended Ultimate no less than 11 times and have never had any worries about doing so. I always insist on Phil Burbidge to fit my kitchen as his work is second to none. Minor problems do occur during the planning and installation stages, however these are always dealt with professionally to achieve the best end result. I run a successful business in and around Warrington from several sites dealing with a large number of clients and would recommend any of them to Ultimate Kitchens.

I feel i must leave a positive comment. we had a kitchen installed by ultimate back in october 2008. The whole project was managed superbly. new french doors and pitched roof, tiling, kitchen and granite worktops. the end result is a beautiful and exquisite room, which has added value to our life! i would strongly recommend ultimate kitchens and have done so by adding my name to their recommendation list!

we purchased a kitchen from ultimate at the beginning of january this year.the designer was friendly, helpful and professional. as such we placed an order. 9 days after my husband came home from work looking rather worried.he had seen ultimate on the 'blagger' site. we telephoned to cancel, but had exeeded our 7 day cancellation period. shane from ultimate came out to our house and gave me and my husband an extensive list of reccomendations to telephone. we had very posative feedback from the telephone conversations and allowed ultimates surveyor to make definate plans for installation. we waited with intrepedation on the day of delivery and fearing problems.the kitchen installer arrived when they said he would, the kitchen came complete, the electricians and corgi fitters also arrived on time and the work was completed on schedule, to our satisfaction and at the agreed costs.we also recieved our gas and electrical certificates.we felt relieved and glad that we chose ultimate.then disaster, we found a door with a chip on the edge, this in our perfect kitchen. we telephoned ultimate and then within seven days a new door was fitted by paul who apologised and fitted the door without any fuss, absolutely fantastic product, service and company! just to think we almost cancelled!

After a visit to UKF's Warrington (Gemini) showroom, we arranged for a 'Designer' to visit us at home. I say 'Designer', because it turned out that the kitchen he designed included an island that was way too big to fit into the space available. We only discovered this when we visited another company and sat down with an experienced kitchen designer. UKF's 'Designer' came up with a price for the kitchen, and assured us that a £200 deposit would secure the price without commiting us to anything, and that the deposit was fully refundable up to the point that the survey took place. We duly handed over a cheque for £200. We continued to look at other kitchens and finally (some months later) decided on one from another supplier. I phoned UKF to inform them that I would not be getting my kitchen from them, and asked for my £200 back. The Sales Manager - Sean - said he'd get the owner to call me back. When the owner - Ian - called back he was very aggressive and threatened to take me to court to recover the profit he would have made on the deal, and that I would receive written notice of this within 7 days. I then wrote to UKF confirming that I would not be buying a kitchen from them, and again asking for my money back. I received another threatening call from Ian. As yet, I have received no written confirmation of their threatened legal action. Not surprising, as I would then have evidence to take to Trading Standards. Do yourself a big favour and steer clear of this disreputable outfit.

where can i start, a lesson learned for me ,all that glitters is not gold. ie a showroom full of amazing kitchens does not mean that you will recieve one.I myself run a small company in cheshire and i know how important customers are to small businesses. My story starts with a salesman called jimmy that tried to tell me what sort of kitchen i wanted!!! he was there from 730pm till 1145pm ,to get rid of him i stupidly gave him a cheque for 200 pounds which he said was fully refundable. this was november 2008 and after tens off phone calls with some amazing excuses i still have no joy.Its a shame ian the owner dosnt realise the power of the internet. This has taught me a valuble lesson about cowboy firms ,as i say to my own customers speak to the people we have done work for .within the building industry there are a lot of times when there are problems with jobs but if we sort them out it is all forgotten.i will not forget this cowboy outfit and truly hope you go under in theese hard times (you will probably start another outfit again ).aviod this company ,you really must, i like someone else on this thread have had my kitchen fitted by riverside kitchens ,desigened as i wanted it by one of the guys there mark (blonde hair) and i am very happy and trully hope you get all ukf customers for there sake and yours
