This company can not take any action against you. All we do is try to scare you into paying the bill. The best thing to do is to make an arrangement that you can afford and stick to it.
You should also try to record all conversations.
Find out which company they are collecting for, then if they are rude to you make a complaint then the original company will take the debt back and look after it themselves. Any further problems let me know.
can anyone tell me how their case with this company finished up as i am having the same problems with them now.rude obnoxious people calling and threatening i am going to the cab tomorrow to seek further advice
