WARNING! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONY TO THIS CO.
Everything bad you have read about this Co. is true. The site in Manchester is in liquidation and we have been dropped without a single word from anyone. I have lost £8,000 and a year of my life with nothing, NOTHING! to show for it. They will tell you at chessington that they have nothing to do with the site at Manchester but Heather Grant who ran the site is now working and answering phones at Chessington, and she is not the only one to have relocated there without losing there jobs. They have lied to us from the start, robed and cheated us and ran away. I will be suing them and writing to watchdog and Dom and anybody else who will listen before I let it go. Do yourself a favor and train with a good, decent Co. There are plenty of others out there, this isn't one of them.
If anybody wishes to contact me regarding this matter please do so at kseand&yahoo.co.uk thx and good luck.

My son signed up to do a plumbing course in November 2009, he paid 350.00 deposit, but I signed the credit agreement for the course, then the next month December 2009 my son was told by his Company that they were cutting his hours so he decided to cancel the course because he could not afford it, he rang BTSC, they told my son to put it writting to Mr Brian Wall, which he did, and they told him it was too late, and that he would have to get someone else to replace him. So I went down to BTSC with my husband to sign a form to cancel mandate to Barclays Fianance, but I did not know that BTSC did not inform Barclays finance that we had cancelled course, and they did not received the cancellatin form, then in October of 2009 Barclays Finance wrote to me and said that they were taking the first installment of £191.04 on the 19th November 2009, now I have to pay for a course that my son is not doing, BTSC should not have taken the money from Barclays Finance knowing that my said could not do the course, BTSC had enough notice of this, and now the interest has gone up to £7,800.00. at the moment I have the Financial Ombudsman Service assisting me. All we want is for BTSC to payback the money to Barclays Finance PLC, and now I have just found out that BTSC have gone into administration March 2010. contact me on annette.edmead@tiscali.co.uk
