no one wont's to be dealing with this company i spoke to alady who knows them realy well they have just made their sew tester redunt the machine's going out now will not even be looked at the gurantee you are given is not worth the paper it is writen on this so called joy goes under two names sue so when you are passed on to sue you realy dealing with joy this company is going down the pan fast any body buying domestic or industrial machines from this company must have more money than sense this company totaly unreliable so please please keep away from this company boby
