Ordered kitchen and wardrobe doors through B&Q, in all 16 items., Delivery date by nightfreight 8th December, no delivery, when we phoned we were told they tried to deliver but no one was in, we were in, they had not tried, told would be re-delivered on the 16th, guess--- no delivery. We phoned and were told they had ran out of time. Delivered next day but only three items all packaging wet with footprints over packs and one door damaged. When we phoned B&Q they found it difficult to contact nightfreight but days later informed us the remaining items would be delivered on the 22nd Dec. Nightfreight delivered initially, not the remaining 13 doors but 3 doors. Eventually they found other doors on the lorry some damaged and but not all were there. Next delivery is 6th January!!! Contacting Nightfreight is hopeless no person takes responsibility--that is-- if you are lucky enough to get any response on the phone.
