i have used virgin several times a year when travelling to blackpool or warrington bank queys and the only problems i have had was an hours delay at euston due to an incoming train breaking down as it crossed infront of us into euston and another time 20mins late due to emergency engineering works so all in all im happy and it only cost £25 rtn
