Keep away from this company they will take your money and leave you with an unusable kitchen. I am missing four doors, all draw fronts,the hob is faulty the desighn was that bad the corner unit does not fit. I have made 30 phone calls and have failed to speak to anyone past switch board ( if thats what you call it )Be warned keep away from these low lives you will experience nothing but misery CBM 19th April 2012
anybody reading this please believe me all the comments on this site are true. you order they deliver you pay in full. god help you if you have any missing or damaged parts. You will ring & ring if your lucky you may speak to someone in customer service. I had many problems but the main one was I had been waiting 5 months for one 3mt cornice after having 6 wrong ones delivered I decided to go to Oldham to fetch it myself.
what a eye opener that was, I will tell you now. you ring to speak to customer service & you get switchboard I'll try & put you through now, what a laugh, they are all sat together in one big room & can see each other. I watch & listened to one conversation she said hold the line while i look for you, couldn't believe my eyes she sat there putting makeup on, then picked the phone up & said sorry I've just check for you & we are still waiting for stock to come in. The attitude I got form one member of staff face to face was
disgusting. please be warned this company uses different names.
