Comments:

On the 11th January 09 we ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers from Levineswe were promised by Phil it would be delivered on 6th February we rang on the 5th to confirm it was coming only to be told it would not be arriving until mid March. We rang on 12th March and were told delivery would on be on 19th March it arrived and the fitter followed he told us the wardrobe was 10ft wide we had ordered 7ft 9in we went to Levines arranged collection of this for the following day and were offered an 8ft 3in that they had in stock I was now desperate and said we would have a radiator moved so we could accommodate this larger wardrobe rather than wait a further 6 weeks this unit arrived on 24th again the fitter arrived we were told the back panel was missing and the chest of drawers and it looked like it had been fitted somewhere prior to us having it. We went to Levines again we were ignored for 20 mins although there were plenty of staff in the office, eventually we were told they would collect it the following day to which we stated if they did not collect it that afternoon it would be on the front drive it was collected.
No apology or compensation was offered for 10weeks of stress and inconvenience.
With a recession how can they treat customers like this and survive.
