Family Vison. What a joke of a company who advertises to help, support and offer a friendlys service.
My sister's tv went back to them after paying half the full amount on agreement the bill was settled.
3 months later she is being bullied, harrassed all hours of the day and night with door step visits, phone calls early hours of the morning.A rude, common little Area Manager who is nothing but a bully to the point he cut her Sky tv cable and even entered her back garden at 7pm in the evening all becasue she's moved to Just Rentals.
I would advise anyone to stay away from this company at all costs.
This is now a police matter.

absolutley unreliable..my credit rating is great,and they wil not give me a t.v.no trust what so ever.iwas a customer with them some years ago ,and never missed a payment..a valuable customer then..pile of rubbish..check youre records and find me ..fools..buy as you view said no problem..youre losss..too big for people now are you ???
use to be a family run business, still claims to be a family run business but in the last couple of years they have lost there grip on reality, short by a few pound they make cash demands and say they will call back for the short money later in the week, there flexibility use to put them above the rest but now they are no better than the competion. and constantly asking if i want more goods or if i know anybody who wants to join, my friends over the bridge have a tv as well and they say there collector use to be a nice guy but even hes pressurising them into paying more cash having more goods, does this company not realise there is still a credit crunch on and purse strings are tight, if my money is short it is going to stay short and you will not be calling back for more cash,
