I bought a Wii for my sons birthday, 6 months later it stopped working, for some reason I couldn't find receipt etc. Contacted customer service by e-mail giving date bought and delivery address, they e-mailed back confirming info. and posted copy of delivery docs. Took Wii and docs. into local shop where I was given a brand new Wii to take home! Very good store, competitive pricing and good customer service.

Wonderful shop. Bought a pre owned ps2 for my partners daughter for christmas. It stopped working a couple of months ago, and even though I didnt have the receipt, I took down a bank statement showing the purchase which they were fine with. They apologised, and went off to get a new (pre owned) ps2, no problems. Cant fault this company at all, have never had a bad experience with them. I am buying a wii soon and I know where I will be going!
Bought an XBOX 360 from our local game(UK) shop back in August 2006.This worked no problem until end of January 2007 when it just totally failed by showing the dreaded 3 red lights on the front of the display.Phoned up the shop who said to bring it in with all original accesories etc for them to 'test'.So off I went and down at the shop they plugged it in which confirmed it was faulty.The guy then dissapeared into the back shop,reappearing with a brand new system.No fuss,no'we'll need to send it away to get fixed nonsense'just a straight replacement.He also gave me a new hard drive/controllers etc to replace the old ones not just the main unit.Refreshing to have good service after reading some of the comments about other companies mucking people about who have had faulty goods.Also the warranty is now for another year which he marked on the receipt too.Well done Game.
