Comments:

I have had a really awlful experience for my first listing on ebay. I thought this site vetted the people on it, instead I have had a frauldulent bidder really foul up my chances of a sale. Using a false address and mobile phone number, this person put in a high auto bid that wiped out the higher second bidder. Having thought I had a sale I invoiced the winner only to get a stupid reply, so after a while I phoned the mobile to be told it belonged to someone else another false statement.
So I have now got till 37 days later to get this £36 refunded and relist the item. I haven't got the money to chance relisting and getting a refund from the first attempt. I feel that the contact and phone calls I have had with Ebay have been so tied up with their "rules" when its so clear cut that this nonce is a joker. I find some of todays alternative humour bordering on the insanity scale. So ebay you are 5 on my scale. Having spent thousands in the past your sellers backup sucks. You disguise you email contacts and it's all blah blah blah before you find the correct place to contact. I cannot get your office address, you are like a rogue trader hiding behind a PO box. I wanted to get the address of the pc which was used to post the bid, so that I could sue the shirt off the bar stewart. So for future ref ignore bids that use Free Email Addreses such as hotmail and have low counts on the feedback. Trust is not part of ebays "rules" In future they should only have verified members with C/cds , Debit cards or a bank account. Cheques are dead.
