I signed up for the phone and broadband package to save money over my BT & Pipex combination. £31 per month reduced to £15 per month.

The telephone has stopped working 4 times in less than a year and I've had to guarantee that I could be there during work hours or they wouldn't come out. On every previous occasion the fault has been outside of my property. On the last occasion they never even knocked on the door, the phone just started working during the 3 hour visit window.

I can't keep losing half days of holiday due to their service's unreliability.

In addition to this, if the phone is generlly working you can call their fauilts line for free but if the phone is broken, you have to call on a premium rate number!

I asked to cancel the service today, as in 4 years at this address with BT & Pipex, I can't remember a fault ever occuring. They said, even though it is not working, they will charge me for the 30 day contract break period...Im not sure if that is legal but I can't be bothered to look into it...

...I'm going to be shopping around for another supplier.
