Really not surprised this is rated as such a bad company. Ordered a carpet from the Luton branch and they are lovely when you’re filling out the forms for the order - it's all a different story when once the forms are signed! When the called to arrange delivery of the carpet they said the fitter would call either the day before or the morning of the fitting to give an indication of arrival time. I called at 10.00 am as hasn't heard they said they would ask the fitter to call. I then called again at 11.30 as I still hadn't heard and was told (quite aggressively) that they would not call the fitter again as they wouldn't call him ever hour, so left just hanging around for the day because of they are unwilling to offer any kind of "customer service". I wouldn't mind but when making the order I had specifically asked if they would give an indication of delivery times and they had said "yes - no problem" but when I ring because I haven't heard - they are downright rude and just refer me back to the terms and conditions! First and last time I will use them - back to DFS and John Lewis where you get nothing but amazing service!
