Comments:

I have used this company on a few occasions, and never had a problem. However the one time I did have a problem, they were so appalling that it is hard to fathom how they can operate this way in the UK.

I did not receive tickets to a gig because I moved address, and although I contacted SeeTickets twice, they did not get in contact or confirm receipt of my new address. I called them multiple times on the day of concert and got cut off twice; told I couldn't take email confirmation to the concert; then told I would be contacted if the tickets could be found (they were at Royal Mail - who tried to deliver to my old address). No guesses, but I didn't end up making the concert due to Seetickets calling me back too late.

When I tried to claim a refund, I was met with silence. I sent a letter and 3 emails. I called their sales line (no number advertised for Cust Services) 3-4 times. I finally managed to claim the tickets back via my Credit Card (Lloyds). Now, SeeTickets have finally had the good grace to contact me to say the money was recalled and I must pay it or further action will commence.

Will never deal with this company again, and if I have to, will take great pleasure in making its dire service known to all who care to listen.

To be honest, I have used this company many times for tickets and thus far have not had a bad experience. I booked tickets for a gig next March (2010) and received the tickets in July 2009. Website is easy to use and have never had a problem with payments or receipt of tickets.
