I've been tricked into having my electric off this company. They have terms and conditions that say they can increase the price of the electic units at any time despite the contract being fixed rate. The charge extortionate amounts for cancellation of 'contracts' and won't let you transfer to other companies until you've coughed up...avoid this company at all costs
