I have rented from The BI Group - Border Lets for a number of years. My family have just rented a newly renovated property from this company and have been more than happy with the service provided. I have been in arrears previously and Miss Walsh couldnt of been more than understanding about the matter a payment plan was put in place and i am now up to date. From what I can see this coming is making major improvements.
I would just like to reply to the most recent blagger to this company which is absolute rubbish I have rented from this company for a number of years and many family memebrs have also from what I can see this company is making major turn arounds we moved into a property which was fully renovated and Miss Walsh was more than helpful in making sure that we were happy with the accomodation provided. we are benefit claimants due to a major recession does that make us undesirables. Many private landlords refuse to take people on benefits, border lets gave us a chance when most would turn their back there is no way your locks would be changed after one week with this company as payments plan are always an option.
after being a week late with rent I was threatened by the landlady - Michelle Walsh. 2 days later my locks were changed. I know of many tenants of this company who feel intimidated Miss Walsh and her eastern european companions. flats are terrible and repairs are never carried out in a reasonable timescale. Mr Wildig - I believe your mother is a close friend/work colleague of Miss Walshs mother so your opinion is completely biased. company recently changed name to BI Group....flat hunters BEWARE!
