o2, The Mall, Golden Square, warrington.Yesterday i took my 82yr old mother to buy a new phone, she has a zimmer frame to help her get around she needed a new mobile phone as her pet poodle had eaten away at the one she had been using,we called in at the o2 store in warrington and explained that she needed a new mobile, that has to be easy to use and on pay as you go.Straight away the sales-man went into high pressure sales mode wanting to sell her a £500 i-phone we told him that this was not very suitable for her,he continued to try and tell her that this is her best option,we left the shop and went to another nearby retailer orange. We told the sales-man that we wanted to purchase an easy to use mobile phone on pay as you go,he pointed one out to us that he thought may be suitable and showed it to us in the box,we made the purchase and the salesman then took the time to show my mother how to use it before leaving the shop, she is happy with her phone and even likes the colour of it,all i can say is well done to the man at the orange shop,i recomend you.
I paid £7.50 a month for broadband with O2 and had a brillant service. Got through to customer services straight away and when there was a problem they sorted it immediately. I moved to Virgin (I didn't want to but circumstances force me to) and how I regret it. I cannot wait until my Virgin contract runs out so I can return to O2.
