please help me someone, i need advice. yesloans have stolen 69.50 from my bank account without my say so or even permission. they have overdrawn my account too.
this company phoned me out of the blue and i have now had 8 conversations trying to get my "application" deleted. having read the advice from others below i am now going to change my tack. for you though this is from their website terms and conditions - not much consolation but may help recover the fee

i didnt even request a loan, they called me out of the blue and gave an agreement in principle and I said i didnt want to take it any further until i had thought about it. Next thing i receive an email from a finance company with their decision on my loan application. Yesloans wind up customers so that we sound like the bad guys, dont use them
been had ! yes loans a discrace how come the credit act 1974 comes in to afect & applies when the average man in the street ends up owing ££s to the greedy banks for being overdrawn in pennies ! yet I apply for a £25000 loan to improve my house life style quality of life that cost me £69.50 deposit the loan agreed in principle!mm! principle !! to which I get no answer there after endless chasing up phone numbers provided hang ups ect if the this outfit came clean and said when or if we aprove your loan we charge you an additional £69.50 then fine thats our clear option but you don't need to be a part of the fraud sqaud to realize this digusting behaviour has to be totaly illegal obtaining money on false pretences you be the judge !
What a firm to deal with! Applied for a loan within 10 minutes I got a call back and they confirmed we had been approved Great News! our car had packed up and as we both need a car for work we thought at last we could go out and get one as it was costing us a fortune on public transport. Its been 2 weeks since we paid the £69.50 and havn't heared anything from them you can get through to the application line no problem but you try getting through to Customer Care line its like trying to speak to the Queen!
Ive just spoken to yet another sales advisor who said they would put me through manually so I would get through straigt away Ive now been on on the phone for over an hour! I wonder if we all sent out phone bills in could we be reimbursed for the length of time we've been trying to get hold of Customer Care!
I got a loan from them a few weeks ago and was happy with the service! I wasn't happy about the admin charge but they got me a £500 loan in my account within a few days. I'm very happy as I've got a very bad credit rating. sorry for all the people that have had trouble I must be one of the lucky ones.
