Cant believe this company is still getting away with these tactics ,dont be fooled by the name this is not an official body and not even a charity , its just a telesales company trying to look professional and just doing enough to stay within the law ,and after my dealings with child protection uk ltd i can only hope other businesses read this and realise its just a quick buck get rich company , do not let them bully you , let schools buy there own official books .
I endorse the negative postings about this company. Don't go anywhere near them. However, after they sent me a sample and I wrote telling them that I wasn't interested and wasn't going to pay I didn't hear from them again which was good.
Just had numerous calls from representative from Child Protection charity claiming we had agreed to sponsoring booklets. They had the wrong contact person within our firm therefore we were suspect from outset, and we were surprised they 'had gone to print' without some evidence of agreement... Still unsure if a registered charity or not? If they are they should be ashamed of their tactics, they are obtaining monies by deception. Believe in supporting good causes but this is not the way to conduct business. If bogus then even more shame as a potencially reputable charities name is being tarnished - how do these people live with themselves?
