Car went to Nationwide Stourport for bodywork repair as recommended by Groupama ins, had to chase them to pick up vehicle, and they changed date twice, originally quoted as taking a week, then changed to two weeks when told curtsey vehicle was not suitable for my mother's wheel chair said they would try an finish it early, then called and said it would be another week as they could not get a part(bumper for Ford Fusion 24hr delivery from Ford dealer), finally said they would call last Friday after two and half weeks and failed to call, when I contacted them they said it was only a completion date not delivery ??? why bother. Totally un-help full incapable of telling truth or doing simple things like making a phone call. Avoid at all costs
The Yeovil branch did a £4000 repair after I pranged my Bella. Later I took it into the main dealer for a service and they spotted numerous faults which eventually took a month and over £2000 to put right. Fortunately the insurance company paid but I can't believe the mess they made of a repair paid for a top dollar by Zurich. Do not use these idiots!
