I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. I ordered a double glazed unit with white spacer bars to match what I already had. I even insisted on an email confirmation for this detail. They turned up and fitted the window when my boyfriend was at the flat. When I got home he informed me that there was a problem and they had broken the spring. When I looked at the window I immediately saw it had silver spacer bars. The company did not charge me for the window but refused to fix the spring without charging me £100 despite acknowledging it was their fault. I now have to order the correct window elsewhere and am £100 out of pocket.
