What a joke! What are the chances that it will be returned? I think most will guess what the outcome will be.. I encourage any others that experience this problem to post on this page so that potential customers can see what is going on here and then make their own mind up. The more people that post on here the more visible that this will become and they don't have a delete button for these posts like they do for Trustpilot.

The review below was copied from oakfurniturelands Trustpilot review page on the 29th April 2012 before the company decides to delete it like they may well do as many of their other poor reviews dont appear to last on the review page for very long. Its only fair that the general public get to see some of the not so great reviews for oakfurnitureland.

Customer Service - What Customer Service
Goods received ... spent apprx £1500. Bedroom furniture warped so much drawers would not open or shut, could literally drag a chest of drawers around the bedroom. Contacted company who said because we had not followed recommendations for using natural polish then all guarantees would now be null and void. Reality is... if you read their disclaimers the wood can have knots, splits, and all manner of defects which they consider normal. Do not deal with this company, they are ignorant and rude. I had to sand the bottom of all drawers... now loose in summer and tighter in winter.
