OK, fair enough - not being paid on time is a valid point and you have every right to be disappointed with your employment there.
One small thing I have to comment on though is that as a contracted/self employed person, you have the right to turn down jobs if you have too many to complete in one day. 24 hours is NOT an unreasonable time scale to give somebody to do a simple inventory and then type this up in Excel afterwards.
May I also point out that Excel does have spell check. There are no excuses for poor reports!
