I have had a most unpleasant experience with this company that has cost me in excess of £16000 in fees despite us agreeing less than £3000. They lie about fees, make it difficult for viewers to view and although they are members of the Property ombudsman they flout all the rules.
Be very careful dealing with this company. Don't be fooled into thinking that they are reputable just because they are part of a larger company.
I would advise going somewhere else. Somewhere that employs honest staff. This company is dishonest through and through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
