hy. i had a really bad experience.
i went to finchley central branch to deposit some money into my husband's account. it was the first time we were using natwest, so i didn't know his account nomber. i've asked one of the stuff member what should i write down, and she sayd she's gonna do it for me. she did so.she used the quick deposit envelope,and she wrote with her own hands £300,which was the amount i deposited. i counted the money in front of her, and them she put the money in the envelope.i have the receipt for £300.
my husband's account was credited with only £200.
i went to the branch and they said they will check what happened and contact me.they never did that.
on 7th of june, i went and gave them a letter, explaining again the matter, and still nothing happened.
i am really dissapointed
now i have to fight for my own money
