Really unhappy with this company, they promise change but even after years of payment do not carry out works.
Our flats look disgusting, in disrepair, never cleaned even though we pay good money for a cleaner to wash the place and replace things that have been stolen to the fabric of the building.
The place has gone down hill and our investment homes have lost so much value as a consequence due to their negligence.
Staff are unhelpful and rude if you dare to question them. I have been insulted by them and like so many friends within our flats am looking to cut my losses and sell... I am paying penthouse prices for less that council block care in a ropey part of town.
I pay on time and still get a £75 bill for not doing so.
Still no joy with this useless company! I cannot fathom how they can charge residents such an extortionate service charge yet not supply any kind of service.
The Gym equipment is still broken, I reported this several weeks ago - In fact I am still waiting for a call back from the managing director regarding my issues.
Car windows are being smashed by children playing football - again i have discussed this issue to no avail.
All in all this company are out to get your money and do as little for you in the process! Our building is rapidly deteriorating no thanks to Michael Laurie Magar. I fear I shall have to sell my home now whilst it still retains some value before Michael Laurie Magars negligence to manage causes me to hit a huge loss!!
Useless, Rude, uncooperative, uncaring and non chalant as to their responsibilities, have had several problems already with this company and have only owned my new flat four 4 months!! they dont seem to care!! as long as they get their cash its fine for us residents to suffer!! GET THEM OUT I SAY!!!
