The firm has been issued with court proceedings but has still not paid us and now our solicitor has filed for Judgement.
We spent £1700 for SEO work with written assurances that our money would be repaid should we not be satisfied.
Three weeks into this we were introduced to something called Keyword Resale where we 'bought'keywords which were then to be sold to a buyer in America, giving us a profit. Having sent £5000 to Position Gold, and after a number of weeks having received nothing in return, we contacted the American firm, which does exist, but who had had no dealings with Position Gold. We have an email to this effect.
Position Gold did not deliver goods or honour their contract with us. The Managing Director has written to our solicitor to say he would refund us in full, but nothing so far.
We would never use this firm again. In total we have sent nearly £7000 to Position Gold. We have started legal proceedings against this company and intend to get our money back.
We 1st signed with Position Gold in 2005. After a slow start (which was down to our previous provider holding info) we soon saw a big difference in our results and internet traffic which we were and are really pleased with.
We deal with Carl there who is great and really helpful so have nothing but good comments about this company and continue to renew with them year after year :))
after payment position gold ltd carried out no work what so ever. After several monthes i took advantage of their "money back guarantee" and 4 monthes later no money :(
Apparantly the "cheque has been lost in the post", our BACS isnt working, excuse after excuse after excuse
