Do not use, period. "Next day" service was 5-6 days later, flowers were delivered, chocolates were not. Emailed reepatedly and finally a response saying...

I a m still waiting on a response as to when/if the chocolates will be delivered. Can not be trusted & will never use again. Please tell your freinds. By the way the money was off my credit card virtually immediately. Actually I need to check the condition of the flowers and card (if there was one!).
this company has very little communication skills and avoids conflict rather than addressing a complaint. deliveries arrive 10 days late and for a £186 purchase deliver through third parties goods to the value of £50 and then attempt to pocket the balance. anyone with simular complaints persue under the threat of trading standards and take your custom elsewhere
