I recently bought Florence and The Machine tickets from Ticket Solutions and got them in the post two weeks before the gig. The girl even rang me before they sent them out, just to make sure my delivery address was still ok. I dont know about the problems people have had with them, but the staff were friendly and helpful. They knew i was nervous because of past experiences with online 'companies', but they really did help me and we had a great night out because of them!
