Hi,
I am from simplybehosted and I can find no record of this person being a customer. Simplybehosted.co.uk offers ONLY uk hosting with servers in the uk. Simplybehosted.COM did supply usa hosting and still does offer hosting in the usa (upon request) as not all customers want uk servers.
We have never advertised uk hosting and placed a customer on usa based servers unless they asked us to.
I would be happy to discuss this with the author of the post.
