Be warned everyone, had this firm contact me back in July, I signed a 'membership application form', didnt hand over any monies, decided to cancel a few days later. I didnt hear anything until a couple of months later when I get a letter from a commercial investigations company stating I owe almost £400. They are trying to screw me out of that money by starting court proceedings but the 'contract' (which it isnt) should have a seven day cooling off period clause somewhere in its T&C's by law. So if it is a contract, where is it? Not heard from them or courts since december, bring it on though. Disgusting behaviour, god help you if you get involved with them!
Also the company they use to try and get the money from you is 'Essjay Commercial Investigations' based in London. One man band who obviously doesnt have a clue about contracts and contract law. Bad as each other imo.
