POOR POOR SERVICE..
We recently purchased a business system from it-genie at quite a cost (over 3k)
We paid swiftly and upfront.. But after the engineer had been to install it, we received an invoice in the post for £14 plus VAT for 15 minutes of the engineers time because he had gone over the estimated time for an install.
I would not use this company again - and would not recommend to anyone
