I have purchased 2 Panasonic TVs from this company over the last 5 years. My experience has been one of total satisfaction. On the first occasion my TV was delivered in record time after 10pm at night when the whole country was devastated by floods and the M1 was shut down at Sheffield. The second occasion I received my TV within 18 hours of ordering it. My service warranty is direct with Panasonic so I am not worried about support quality from Premier AV. I have not had a bad experience with Premier AV, but maybe this was just good luck, I don't know. I take people as I find them.
my name is anatoly. at the end of 2008 i have bought sony dvd from company jxl. the sender of the player was premier av centre. i have received a player in an open box and in bad packing. the fan located in a player is covered with a layer of a dust. at viewing dvd the player does not work correctly, some time it stops and simply blocked. i phoned to them and tried to sorted questions of return of the player, however there employee tried to threaten me. i was going to inform premier av centre officially, that if they together with your partner company jxl will not settle a question of taking the player back and return to me the full sum of money I shall go to police, court, local bodies of registration of business, tax inspection, the British department under the control over quality of sold production and other official instances. if premier av centre do not want to sort all questions in the peace way they receive more serious result.
i think that premier av centre are not interested in it. i am waiting answer.
