Kodak has a weak customer service policy .Kodak will have to buckle up if its to survive the credit crunch.
Their photo shops have been franchised to incompetent people who are under the impression they own Kodak and therefore have no customer service policy.
My reprints were of very bad quality.The arms of my children had been chopped,there was dirt on them.
When I complained I was offered another set of reprints but at an extra cost.When I refused, I was shouted at and hung up on.
When I went higher, I got a narrow minded man of an area manager who tried to pin a law suit on me for doubting whether I had copyright.
I wasted a lot of time and money on Kodak,not to mention the stress.
