Their quality of service is excellent. They are polite, courteous and in my experience fully service my needs. The price at which I bought my new car was extremely competitive and am very grateful to them for providing quality customer/care service.

I purchased a Ford Focus from this garage in 2007 for £3.5k. The first week it started having problems and after taking it to a garage they basically said that i needed a whole new engine, of course the extra warranty that i purchased at time of my car didnt cover this! After many calls to the garage, i was told under no uncertain terms would i be getting my money back and thats what you expect when you purchase a used car. I eventually contacted the old owner who confirmed and sent me the documentation proving that they part exchanged the car to the Ford garage with 120,000 miles on the clock. I bought it with 60,000. My car had reduced 60,000 miles from going from Ford to the Auction House, to Premier Car Sales. Once i informed 'Mike' that i had proof of this, i was refunded the whole amount. i contacted trading standards and sent them all documentation in the hope that they garage would be closed down! Unfortunately it hasnt been. ** I would advise everyone to stay away from this garage **

I bought a car for my daughter from this garage. I also paid the extra £100 for extended warranty. 3 days after the warranty expired, the car broke down. I called the garage and was told in no uncertain terms to bog off. No good will, no discussion, just, tough luck! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! GO TO A PROFESSIONAL DEALER!!!

I bought a 2003 freelander on the 1st December 2009. drove to and from work. drove 60 miles to Birmingham on the 2nd. On the 3rd got 2 miles down the M42 on the way home, and the car failed, i just about managed to get on to the hard shoulder. I phoned premier car trade centre to say what had happened and that i would be bringing the car back for them to fix it. Hours after i eventually got back to Peterborough where i asked for a refund they said no, I was told 'its your risk buying a used car'. I was phoned the next day by a very rude man called Mike, telling me that i had driven the car to the point of breaking it, and that i would have to pay for it. i got in contact with trading standards. I also threatened them with getting my car checked over by an independent assessor. At this point they said actually its just the head gasket. but you still have to pay for the repair. After many letters and threatening them with court action (which i wish i had still done after reading other comments now) they agreed to fix it at no cost to me. I eventually got the car back on the 4th of January 2010. Oh and then they gave me the bill for bringing my car back from Birmingham. As well as having to pay for a hire car for a month. They said through out this period that this never happened to them. That they had never had problems with the cars they were selling. I have bought lots of cars in my life and have never had a problem. Either with the car or the staff. This garage is a joke and should be shut down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
On May 16th 2009 my partner purchased a Freelander xreg, and 10 days later, it seized on the M1. After many letters to Premier Car, and lots of heated discussions on the phone, we took them to court to get our money back, and just to prove to others that this company are not trustworthy. We won the case, and were re imbursed with our money, plus costs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.
I recently puchased a car for £1200 and I would like to say that it is exactly what I was told. It was reliable, no problems and the customer service was good. I had no problems with the car at all. I would recommend this garage to anyone.
Having experienced similar problems to those people listed below, I’m looking for feedback from others who have had a bad experience in dealing with this company. Any feedback will be collated and sent to trading standards to back up the complaints and concerns that I have made.
