Comments:

Attended an interview with Unicom which was arranged through Time Recruitment, M4. Got all the sales speil from both the Recruitment Blagger and the Company, saying how wonderful Unicom were and what a great company they were to work for.

In the past i have worked for some rogue firms, but these really did have it down to a T. Sales staff were using any tecchnique they could to get contracts signed as they knew they wouldnt be working for the company very long. The staff that had been there for years, we open about the techniques they were using to get contracts signed and appeared to have free reign in how they sold the contracts.

Customer service was non existent and complaints didnt seem to be handled in a manner that would suggest the company was trying to help.

Cowboy outfit managing to keep on getting away with it. Earlier in the year they announced plans to grow there sales force as the co was performing so well. Just beware, both job hunters in Manchester and potential customers.

This is a company that has no scruples whatsoever, they signed up an elderly friend and told him he wouldn't be tied in and that he would save a fortune on his bills. The bills became more expensive and he tried to move and was told he was tied in for 3 years and the cost to leave would cost in excess of £500!!

Upon contacting the salesman, he was told by the that he had left the company because he wasn't being paid....!!!
