i have used printcartridgedirect for several years and have always been satisfied, i noticed these comments and contacted printcartridgedirect to tell them, they already knew but said that they had several hundred thousand customers, and sometimes they do mess up, and these customers are the ones that post, never the satisfied ones. well this satisfied one is posting, and please note that the last posting was two years ago, to be fair the second order i ever placed arrived 4 days late but i put that down to the great royal mail, dont get me started on royal mail, i live in the country and every other carrier seems to get to me but royal mail. everything is late or left at the sorting office, which just happens to be 15 miles away, anyway thats for another blag
I live in Spain and have dealt with PCD for a couple of years. Their (Cannon)compatible printer carts are good quality and value. Postage to Spain is only 99P!!
I've had one problem which was resolved, over the phone; at once.
