I was surprised to hear the comments made by the guy who had some problems with CAD Stairs Ltd. I had a very different experience with the company. I found their details on google and contacted them to carry out a site survey on a job I had in SW12. Within two days a guy called Heath came round. We had a few issues with headroom and he advised me on two options. He designed the staircase on site using his laptop. He was then able to send across all the details to one of the guys in the office. By the time I arrived home that afternoon I had received an email with the two staircase options and my quote. Once I had shown the customer the drawings and decided on the best option, I placed an order and the staircase was installed six days later by two of their fitters. I have nothing but praise for the way they operate. I have passed their number onto a friend of mine who used them and received the same level of service that I did. I will certainly be using 'Londons Leading Staircase Manufacturers' again for my next job. My advise would be to give them a go and make your own mind up.
