I too had a TERRIBLE experience with CarJet.
Not only did they fail to provide us a car due to an error in their booking systems but also:
1. They had no interest in helping us out and we had to find another car ourselves whilst stranded at a foreign airport.
2. They stalled and provided a disgraceful level of service that took 3-4 hours to reach a conclusion. We heard a lot of stories including the one about "all the managers are out of the office today, so we can't give you a decision".
3. After categorically agreeing to pay for the replacement car, they then backtracked on this and held back some of the money.
In summary:
-their systems are unreliable.
-their procedures and staff training are set up in such a way that minimises their responsibility and trys to deviously avoid refunds.
