We ordered a2 a3 seater sofas in May 2008,we was told it would take 4-6 weeks,it came in 2weeks.When it was delivered it was damaged we reported it within the hour and was told they would replace the (tub)sofa,they promised it would be replaced from may-december 2008.I got in touch with visa and they were not very helpful but told me to take them to court,which I did it cost me £70.00,but within 2weeks they got in touch to settle out of court in full costs.My advice to anyone having trouble with scs is write to them if they don't response send another letter giving them 14 days to put it right or you will go to the county court without further notice and DO IT.Always keep copies of yours and their letters.If you think you have a good case go to court you will be surprised how soon scs will get in touch to settle and you will get your costs back so don't give up,we got our money back and put some extra to it and went to Saxon in Bolton and are getting great furniture made in England.(ps you get what you pay for)
