on Tuesday I received a few emails from a new email address after website went down offering me a refund to which I was worried about giving my card details again ...they then rang me from a mobile number and assured me they would put it thru as a refund - I did make the point that would they give their details to a company who had not sent them anything right in 6 weeks etc and why couldnt they have just sent me my order that was all I wanted - they said it had been sent - but they would refund me now - so as I was on the spot I risked it -(my bank's fraud dept were aware and keeping an eye on the transacation) they did not ask me for the 3 numbers on the back of the card - so I was hopeful it would be a refund as they would need the 3 numbers to charge my card - and hey presto today a refund for the full order amount is back on my account ... phew - so all sorted - I hope it all works out for you guys - it has been a struggle to get this far and a real shame as I order stuff over the internet and ebay etc all the time and this is the 1st problem I have had and it really made me think I had been lucky to have not been stung before - still got no phone battery and all the sellers on ebay for it have horrible negative comments all saying stuff never arrives - I am addicted to checking negative comments now : ) - this company certainly
lured me into a false sense of security with its login procedure and welcome email etc when I first ordered.... but only fair for me to come back on here and say eventually they have put things right for me...
I ordered mid Jan 2009 and after many many emails I have rec'd the wrong charger twice and to date no correct goods (ordered battery, charger and USB lead ) I requested a refund over a week ago as they too debited my account when I ordered - as yet nothing - but they have now asked me for my card details again so they can refund - but i have asked them to use their records from my original order as I can't help but think they will use the info to take more money from my account.
