Do not have a contract with this mobile contracter, in september last year my mobile would not get a signal where i live, so i complained to 3g but they said it would be fixed in a week.a week later still no signal.in the next few months i kept on complaining but to no avail.so i december 3g offered me a new phone and a new contract so i took it up as was cheaper and more texts and phone time as i thought the new phone would get a better signal, they said the problem would be resolved in a couple of days.In the middle of jan 2010 i had enough with 3g and the excuses i was getting for no signal, so i cancelled my contract and they told me that they would waver my cancellation fee and that i could keep the new phone as a sign of good will. to my horror today 17/02/2010 i recieved abill for two months rental so i phoned them up to complain the customer service was down right rude saying that they never told me to keep my new phone and that i would have to pay for a contract , for the phone i dont have with them. i am telling people do not go with this company.Please,Please, dont go with 3g cause you get Poor Service.Poor Signal and most of all rude customer services.
