Do not use them. Still waiting for a Christmas present ordered 3 months ago.
Purchased a bracelet over £100 end of October for a Xmas present arrived after Christmas when they promised it wouldn't
They never informed me of anything only when I chased they responded with very vague comments.
The bracelet was faulty when it arrived and would come undone so all the charms fall off.
Requested replacement, it is now the end of February and no replacement, and they cannot give me an estimate of when it will arrive. Again no communication unless I chase them.
Worry is I also believe it is a design fault rather than faulty single item, so if I ever receive a replacement I imagine it will be of the same bad quality.

Avoid this company. We ordered a clock before christmas and it arrived factory damaged, we had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and asked for a replacement.We were informed that it wouldn't be back in stock until january. Early December a parcel was left with a neighbour,it was a clock and yet again factory damaged.This item was paid for on ordering but with the replacement came an invoice for payment in full. It was wrapped in it's polysyrene box only and only just held closed with a strip of sellotape.After sending an email that was ignored and several attempts at phone calls - all with at least a dozen people in the queue we finally got to speak to someone after half an hour waiting. After a few weeks wait and a second phonecall we finally received a return slip and now are still waiting for a refund.We have given up trying to ring as the queue is always so long- obviously with unhappy people making complaints.This item was not cheap and we paid £100.00 believing it would be a quality item by a caring company that looked after it's customers.......so not true.i'm surprised this company hasn't gone bust yet as it is so disgraceful - the poor quality of items and appalling customer service.

Their customer services is non-existant, regardless of what the voice on the phone tells you (over and over again), whilst waiting in line to try and speak to someone!
I have written them letters which I have enclosed with my payments and still nothing - it feels to me like they dont care about the customer, they just want the money.
I will never purchase anything from them EVER again!
I too am having trouble getting a refund of over £100 for my mother. Been a customer for a number of years and all is fine when no problems, but now - surprise, surprise - no response to any letters, emails or faxes. Am now following a course of "irritation" by emailing and faxing them every hour until someone has the courtesy to respond. Disgusting customer service and let's hope someone from the company uses these websites to see what their company is all about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
