I purchased a home theater system online. Received an e-mail stating that I needed to contact their processing department in order to complete the order. I contacted them and they gave me the sales pitch to buy an extended warranty. I told them I was interested and they finalized my order. A week had passed and the item hadn't shipped so I called them again. They stated that the they no longer carry the item that I ordered, but for an additional $40 I could upgrade to a different model. I told that I wasn't interested in upgrading and they sent me an e-mail canceling my order.
