I’m a trade. I’m running carpentry and joinery business.
One of my costumers wanted an item specifically from Magnet.
When I applied for an account I was told that head office will contact me next working day to let me know whether or not my application was accepted.
Guess what. Nothing happened. I waited over 1 month then went back.
Lots of promises . Lots of time wasting.
After 3 visits to local (London) brunch was finally told that they couldn’t find my name on ‘vote register’.
Fair enough. But they promised to contact me in any case to let me know the application status and never did. I had to chaise them.
In my opinion head office guys are ether very unprofessional or just arrogant.
No respect to trade.
I can’t recommend them to anyone, better go to their competitors...
