Business Energy solutions (BES) are one of the most difficult Companies to deal with I've come accross in all my business years - they lie and try and put as many obsticles in your way rather than discuss problems - in the end I made an official complaint to The Energy Ombudsman who has issued a notice that they must release the gas meter immediately plus pay compensation - I would recomend this form of action to anyone who is having problems
Hi, I used to own a nursery and unfortunatly got I got a phone call from commercial power who in turn passed my details on to BES. I went through 2 years of hell fighting to get rid of them. I ended up struggling with my business due to the ridiculous gas prices I had to pay. I had an ex bouncer from a local night club in my town, appear on my nursey door step with a false warrant to cut my gas supply whilst demanding I give him £2000. I could go on and on, the bottom line is, avoid them like the plague and if you have grounds to complain, do everything you can to ensure that you do!! Subsequently I no longer have my nursery and I can honestly say that in the 3 and 1/2 years that I had it, dealing with BES was the most stressful thing I had to deal with!
Business Energy Soluions (BES Gas) is an awful company. It tricks people into a one year "fixed" contract and then uses the small print to change (double) the price on the second month. I am currently taking legal action against them and would welcome anyone else who has had a similar experience or complaint to contact me (simon@ground-control.co.uk) to use in the case.
